Here are some additional ways to "mine" the wealth of information contained in the LAF Forum site (courtesy of GeorgeN, a frequent contributor):

-Subscribe to the AFIB Report and read the back issues;  or purchase volumes of Hans Larsen's Lone Atrial Fibrillation: Towards a Cure, each of which are organized compilations of the AFIB Report for a year.

For the more ambitious:

- The Conference Room Proceedings in general (http://afibbers.org/conference/index.htm)

- Searching through archived message boards for topics of interest: (http://www.afibbers.org/bbarchives.htm)

For example: Searching the archives using "The List" as the search term and checking the Subject box will bring up first-person accounts of lifestyle modifications that have helped the person to deal with their AF that will include cases after those reported in Conference Room Session 61.
