[ To Copy the Checklist: Select  (blacken) the first line you wish to Copy and scroll to the bottom of the Checklist by mousing the down-arrow or moving the box on the right-hand side of your screen. Then, place the cursor after the last word you want to Copy; and press Shift-Enter.  Use "Copy" from the drop-down File Menu to put the Checklist on the Clipboard, from which you can "Paste" it into Word or another word processor. ]
